Warranty Terms & Conditions
1. Warranty Coverage
All parts supplied and installed by JDM Mobile Mechanical are covered by a 1-year or 20,000 km (whichever occurs first) parts and labour warranty. This warranty covers defects in parts or workmanship under normal use and service conditions.
2. Warranty Claims
All warranty claims must be submitted directly to JDM Mobile Mechanical as the first point of contact.
Warranty may be void if any inspection, diagnosis, or repair work related to the claimed issue is carried out by a third party without prior written approval from JDM Mobile Mechanical.
3. Exclusions
No refunds will be issued by JDM Mobile Mechanical for any warranty repairs performed by a third party.
No parts warranty applies to customer-supplied parts. In such cases, warranty only covers labour performed by JDM Mobile Mechanical.
If a customer-supplied part fails, the customer is responsible for all additional labour costs required to diagnose, remove, and replace the faulty component.
4. General Conditions
This warranty does not cover damage or faults resulting from:
Misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance.
Modifications or alterations not performed by JDM Mobile Mechanical.
Normal wear and tear.
External factors such as accidents or environmental conditions.
